NShape’s Group Fitness Training is an 8-week program designed to get you into the best shape of your life. Our program includes 3 training sessions a week, a personalized cardiovascular routine, and 3 fitness analyses to set goals and to act as our monitoring system to make sure you are on track.
What sets Group Fitness apart is the team concept we use. This small group atmosphere generates fun and support while receiving personalized attention from your Trainer. Being part of a team coupled with positive peer pressure has proven to be very successful in helping people just like you get NShape.

24 Training Sessions with Your Fitness Coach/Trainer
(Scheduled 3 Times per Week for 45 Minutes)
Make-Up Training Sessions Available – Notify Your Trainer
